Introducing agile and user-centric thinking into existing processes and projects for a large automotive company
The Project Context
Our client’s training and skill development wing, wanted to bring about a large-scale transformation to the existing processes of all its departments without disrupting current projects. Their goal was to integrate an agile and innovation centric mindset which can filter into every project organically. Having already dabbled in innovation challenges and programs internally, the client discovered that foundations for methods, processes and attitudes need to be implemented for lasting change.
The Link team started with conducting needs-finding sessions with the client to get a real understanding of the scale and goals of the requirement. We developed a comprehensive phase-wise learning & development module, specifically addressing challenges faced by the client in the previous years. This included focused workshops on Innovation mindset for methodology, curated speakers with real case studies for inspiration, and support in continued practice through office hours for a sustainable learning journey for the employees.
Having attended many trainings, this one was very informative on practical innovation practices
