Link partnered with a large sports retail brand, where they wanted to create a culture of user-centric, lean, and agile thinking. Their goal was to bring efficiencies in a number of internal projects, improve customer engagement, digital & physical shopping experience using the design thinking approach.
Link designed and ran a completely virtual experience. With dedicated project boards and a mix of 1-on-1 & peer coaching, we helped the teams realize tangible insights into their problem areas, facilitated field research and concluded with a bank of ideas and roadmap for the project execution. We leveraged our knowledge of innovation gained through our corporate innovation programs across the world and our experience in working with corporates on innovation and technology trends: our goal is to create value for our partner through the course of the program and in the long run.
The experience was almost like we were on a field trip! Very interesting format. It was a lot of fun and I was surprised how far and in-depth we went into the project.
