One of the world’s largest energy companies partnered with Link to design their open innovation program to collaborate with early-stage and mature startups in the domains of mobility, energy, sustainability and digital.
Link Solution
Link worked extensively with the innovation team of the orgainzation to define the program modules and objectives of the accelerator. We used design thinking methodology and acceleration expertise to design programs that catered to different segments of startups working towards the defined goal. The engagement involved creating program KPIs and success metrics, partner engagements, resource planning, program execution, ecosystem engagements, community events etc. Link supported the organisation in setting a world class startup program in the energy space.
