6-month co-innovation program for future tech startups to collaborate with a leading global industrial technology company.
The Project Context
A leading industrial technology organization collaborated with Link to design and develop their first-ever acceleration program in India. They wanted to understand the Indian startup ecosystem and explore how they could solve their key internal challenges by collaborating with the emerging ecosystem.
Link Solution
Link used user-centric design thinking methodologies to design the program structure and form working cells between the startups and the internal challenge owners. An outreach strategy was designed and implemented in order to source, identify and scout suitable startups for the acceleration program. We followed a strong selection and due-diligence process to select the final startups who will collaborate and co-create with the teams. Our goal was to bring together world-class experts and resources to support the startups and help them build robust proof of concept (POCs).
